Sukuti (Nepali : सुकुटी) is a Dried Meat product of Nepal origin also used in the Himalayas part of Nepal usually made from Buffalo, and sometimes from Lamb or Goat. It was used as a source of protein and also to add variety to the diet during winter seasons in the mountain areas.
